Kate Middleton Given Princess Diana Tiara by Queen Elizabeth: Camilla Parker-Bowles’ Jealousy Out Of Control?

Kate Middleton Given Princess Diana Tiara by Queen Elizabeth: Camilla Parker-Bowles' Jealousy Out Of Control?

Queen Elizabeth may have given Kate Middleton the Princess Diana tiara. Camilla Parker-Bowles‘s jealousy is reportedly out-of-control over this latest Royal controversy. The Cambridge Love Knot tiara belongs to Queen Elizabeth – and no one wears it without Her Majesty’s permission.

The pearl and diamond-encrusted headpiece was a gift to Princess Diana from Queen Elizabeth upon Diana’s marriage to Prince Charles in 1981. The Cambridge Love Knot hasn’t been seen publicly since the Princess of Wales death in 1997. That is until Duchess Kate was photographed wearing it to the Diplomatic Reception.

This latest supposed calculated move by Queen Elizabeth has allegedly sent Camilla Parker-Bowles spiraling of control. Duchess Camilla’s drinking has allegedly increased following the Royal rejection. The staff at Clarence House – Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall’s official residence – has reportedly complained so often and so loudly that the news of Camilla’s drunken outbursts reached the ears of Queen Elizabeth.

According to a report in GLOBE Queen Elizabeth has referred to Duchess Camilla as a deadly cancer to the Royal Family. The monarch also reportedly told Prince Charles that he is “feeble and has no control over his crazed wife.” Queen Elizabeth also allegedly told the Prince of Wales that the future of the Royal Family “lay in the hands of William and Kate.”

Duchess Camilla was enraged when she saw Kate Middleton wearing Princess Diana’s tiara at the Diplomatic Reception. A source divulged that the Duchess of Cornwall “went completely off the rails. [Camilla] started screaming that Kate must have stolen Diana’s jewels.”

No one has stolen Princess Diana’s jewels! Upon the Princess of Wales death the Cambridge Love Knot’s ownership reverted to Queen Elizabeth – who may have gifted the Duchess of Cambridge with the stunning tiara.

Whether borrowed or a gift, Camilla Parker-Bowles reportedly was fuming and screaming that “no amount of regal finery could disguise the fact that William’s wife is still ‘nothing but a commoner.”

The Cambridge Love Knot has a rich history and Duchess Camilla knows that. It is one of Queen Elizabeth’s most prized pieces of the Crown Jewels. The headpiece was commissioned by Queen Mary, Queen Consort of King George V – the grandmother and grandfather of Queen Elizabeth.

The design of the tiara is based on one owned by Queen Mary’s grandmother, Princess Augusta, Duchess of Cambridge.

Obviously the tiara is more than just a piece of jewelry – it is quite possibly one of the most important tiaras in the Royal collection. When Queen Elizabeth allows a member of the Royal Family to wear the tiara it is an honor and a privilege. An honor and privilege never afforded the Duchess of Cornwall.

It seems as if Queen Elizabeth intention, if at all possible, is to convince Prince Charles to step aside and allow the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to be crowned the next King and Queen. If Her Majesty is successful in this endeavor and chooses to step down, Kate Middleton will have out-maneuvered a livid Camilla Parker-Bowles.

The Duchess of Cambridge may be crowned Queen rather than the Duchess of Cornwall. Let us know what you think in the comments section below and come back to CDL for the latest news of the Royal Family.
