General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Thursday, July 20 GH episode tease that Sonny drives a hard bargain with Finn that pushes ethical limits, Carly thinks she found the kidney source, Liz mulls over an offer from Franco, and Lucy Coe is back to stir up trouble right off the bat.
Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) freaks out when he sees a Carlos look-a-like in the house and tells him to get away from Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo). General Hospital spoilers reveal the man at the door is Joe Rivera (Jeffrey Parise) and is Carlos’ twin brother.
Long simmering GH spoilers have teased that someone from Sabrina’s past would throw a monkey wrench into her reconciliation with Michael and it looks like the complication just came knocking at the door of the Q mansion. GH fans will be thrilled to know Jeffrey Vincent Parise is back!
Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) returns to GH and she’s certain that Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) wants something from her. What is it that her shady ex-husband hopes to gain from her? We know he’s broke, so is it financial assistance that Scotty’s hoping for or something more intimate?
Lucy also stirs up trouble with loose talk about Franco (Roger Howarth) that puts him on the defensive. Is Lucy making accusations about Franco’s blossoming relationship with Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) or is it about the GH serial killer case? Franco will defend himself vigorously.
Also, Franco has an envelope for Liz and tells her that he comes bearing gifts. Remember how Liz was fussing that she couldn’t afford to send all three boys to camp so it wasn’t fair to ship Jake Webber (Hudson West) off to art camp? Is the check for camp fees?
We’re still wondering why Liz doesn’t have a hefty financial settlement from Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) since he’s a millionaire and their kid wants to go to camp this summer. Hmm… Liz may be tempted but General Hospital spoilers tease that she’ll turn down Franco’s gift.
But can the reformed serial killer get her to change her mind? Also, Naomi Dreyfus (Robin Riker) is a patient at GH for some reason and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) rushes into the room in a panic wanting to know what’s wrong with her mother.
Is Naomi sick or is she faking so she can get to know Liz since she works there as a nurse and General Hospital spoilers tease that Naomi might be Liz’s biological mom. We’ll see how it goes. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) also wants access to a GH patient room.
Sonny desperately wants to get in to see Julian Jerome (William deVry) but only family is allowed in the room. Does Sonny want to taunt Julian or kill him? Either way, it looks like access could be the price that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has to pay to get his illegal drugs.
Sonny tells Finn he’ll get his drugs for two reasons – first is that he helped Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) look into the kidney matter and second is that he wants Finn to get him into Julian’s room. Finn will have no choice even though he knows Sonny is up to no good – will he agree to the deal?
Also, Carly continues her pursuit for answers in the kidney mystery and meets a young woman who responded to the Crimson article and who says she may be the donor of Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) mystery kidney. However, this may be a red herring to throw Carly off the scent.
