Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will be living a cop’s worst nightmare. The latest information hints that the detective shoots and injures Theo Carver (Kyler Pettis.) After the incident, he will be overwhelmed with many emotions, including guilt. Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will make a ghostly appearance to help his son deal with the shocking situation.
The details surrounding the shooting are not clear yet. However, JJ would never intentionally fire a gun at an innocent person. This doesn’t make what happens any less horrible. Whatever leads up to the shooting, it will polarize the entire town of Salem.
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Matthew Ashford has been seen on set. He will reprise the role of Jack Deveraux. Finally, there are some new details about his storyline.
Even though the character is dead, he has made appearances before. Most of the time, he would visit Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves.) Most recently, it was to help her during the peak of her addiction. It only makes sense that Jack would visit his children during a time of crisis.
JJ will be having a difficult time during this storyline. Not only does he shoot an innocent civilian, but the town will be divided. Everyone will be taking sides and will be assigning blame. The shooting physically paralyzes Theo, while the guilt will cause emotional paralysis for JJ. It is something the cop will never forget. He will probably never forgive himself for it, either.
Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Jack will show up to help JJ through the crisis. Unfortunately, there is nothing the ghost can do about everyone else. Once JJ comes to terms with what he has done, he will have to accept the consequences.
It is teased that Abe Carver (James Reynolds) could have a bit piece of this storyline, too. Known as being fair and level-headed, all bets are off when it comes to his child’s life. It is hinted that people will be shocked at what kind of decisions Abe makes regarding Theo. It will be interesting to see how those decisions affect JJ and his future, both personally and professionally.
