Anna Nicole Smith’s estranged mother Virgie Arthur is in hot water over alleged unpaid legal bills. She’s been summoned to the Bahamas once more because her former attorney Jamal Davis claims she hasn’t coughed up the money she owes him.
Davis, who says he helped Arthur obtain an order to keep Dannielynn in the Bahamas while paternity is being determined, told, “We represented her to the best of our abilities. We managed to avoid the child being removed from the Bahamas up until the point of time that we stopped representing her and we haven’t received payment for our time and devotion spent on this matter.”
“We’re just exercising our right as any creditor would do to recover our fees. It’s unfortunate we have to take this route,” he said.
Pro bono work would be the right thing to do for this poor Mother who has not only lost her daughter but also her grandson in the past 6 months.
All Mothers should feel compassion for her and others as well. We could be in her moccasins today.
She’s a disgrace as a mother, and a golddigger, she’s only out for the inheritance money! This kid might have a fighting chance when she gets to be with her father, Larry Birkhead. She needs to be as far away from the circus she’s known until now as possible. Its fair to say, she’ll be much better off than if all of this hadn’t happened.
Hopefully Anna Nicole left the reason she hated her Mother so much in her diaries, so we will know for sure if A-N had valid reasons for dispising her.
