Lindsay Lohan has blasted Sienna Miller as a “no talent crackhead” while claiming herself to be the “greatest actress in the world”. The troubled Hollywood star, who was arrested last month on drink-driving and drug charges, also unleashes a torrent of abuse against fellow actors Scarlett Johansson and Keira Knightey. The 21-year-old calls Johansson “fat and ugly” and Knightley is a “flat, shallow, cardboard cutout of an actress,” according to reports in the National Enquirer.
