Amy "Trainwreck" Wino hit the town with new best friend, the equally troubled Pete Doherty, to celebrate, after hearing she will not face criminal charges despite being filmed apparently smoking crack cocaine at a party. The singer was seen out with Doherty, himself just released from a jail last week, after police confirmed yesterday that the troubled singer will face no action over video footage of her handed to them in January.
