Sherrif Alderden involved in the case of the Heene family balloon scam will not be charged with any crime for revealing anything about the Child Protective Services interest in Richard and Mayumi, the horrific abusive parents of the boy Not in the balloon. As it should be. Have we not seen enough of guilty criminals like OJ Simpson having their lawyers turn the tables away from the relevant facts and start persecuting people involved in bringing the criminals to justice? Richard and Mayumi need to be punished, mostly Richard that is, and their poor children need to be protected from a sociopathic father who is a violent bully (he beats his wife and generally brutalizes her), an irresponsible father (he regularly places his children directory in storm paths and engages in other very dangerous activities with his young boys), and an extremely poor influence on young impressionable minds(he coached his boys on how to lie to authorities during and after the balloon hoax). Richard Heene is a scoundrel – he is a terrible person who willing and able to sacrifice his children and his wife for his own ends as he has displayed on numerous occasions.
We hope that Mayumi divorces Richard and that the courts keep him far away from her and the boys. When you play with your children the way Heene has you lose the rights to be their parent and to spend time with them. It is my strong feeling that Mayumi is almost as much a victim of Heene’s megalomania as are the boys. She appears to be afraid of him and I get the impression that she is very trapped in her situation. This would be a good opportunity for a woman’s rights group like NOW to attempt to intervene and give Mayumi some real help is escaping form Richard. I surely don’t want to see Richard Heene on any TV shows and I really hope the media does not allow him to profit from his child abusive hoax. Close the door firmly in the face of this snake.
