Russell Brand and Katy Perry tied the knot in a lavish, colourful Hindu ceremony at the Aman-i-khas resort on the edge of the Rajasthani nature reserve with 85 friends and family in attendance on Saturday. No pictures have surface yet – but we will be sure to have them when they finally come out :-)
The picture above was tweeted but Katy with the message “We Did” Below is a joint statement released by their rep:
“Russell Brand and Katy Perry are overjoyed to confirm that they were pronounced Mr. and Mrs. Brand on Saturday, October 23. The very private and spiritual ceremony, attended by the couples’ closest family and friends was performed by a Christian minister and long-time friend of the Hudson Family. The backdrop was the inspirational and majestic countryside of Northern India.”
