Ryan Seacrest got a surprise visit at his radio show on KIIS-FM. Kourtney Kardashian and her new son Mason Dash stopped by for a visit. Mason was born December 14th, 2009 and the little tyke has already had his first radio interview. Kourtney said "She takes Mason everywhere". Yikes the kid is so young and Mom is already pimping him about. It is all about the m$ney for these people ughhhh…. Poor kid!
