Mel Gibson did not apparently clench his fist in anger at one of the many lawyers haunting him – this according to the Judge overseeing the deposition as he struck lawyer Daniel Howowitz’s comment from the record. Horowitz also accused Mel of winking at him! Of course the Judge had that struck from the record as well.
What’s interesting … the proof is in the video, which was rolling during the whole depo. But as far as we know, there’s no evidence Mel clenched it.
Apparently the deposition proceedings were loud and disagreeable – but since they were filmed any questions of misbehaviour are truly matters of record. We get the impression that Oksana and her team of legal goons are trying to goad Mel into displaying some bad behavior but I bet he is too smart to fall for that obvious ploy.
