Now it seems there is clear evidence that Oksana Grigorieva and her convicted felon bodyguard Kristian Herzog had an intimate relationship. There are several emails between the bodyguard and Oksana’s lawyer. The judge in the custody case felt Herzog was a clear and present danger to daughter Lucia and had him barred from the child’s presence.
“But TMZ has obtained an email Herzog sent to Martin Garbus, another one of Oksana’s lawyers, on November 6. The email reads: “Martin: Do you agree that Team Oksana at some point, needs to admit Oksana and Dan LIED to TMZ and you need to tell TMZ the truth that in fact Oksana and I were intimate?” The next morning, Garbus responded with one word: “Yes.”
One must really question the motives of Grigorieva – she is desperately trying to prove that basically good dad Mel Gibson is a terror who must not be allowed anywhere near her or Lucia – but at the same time was hanging out with a deadly ex-con. This is not the behavior of a woman with her child’s best interests at heart.
