Tyra Banks Sued For Having 'Sex Addict' Teen On Her Show

Georgia mom Beverly McClendon has filed a complaint against Tyra Banks, Warner Bros. Entertainment and executive producers for 3 million dollars.  McLendon claims her 15 year old daughter appeared on Tyra’s show without her consent.  The teen responded to an open call on The Tyra Show’s website for self-proclaimed sex addicts in October 2009.  She was then selected for the show and flown in by herself.  In the complaint McLendon says:

“This show undoubtedly was watched by sexual deviants, perverts and paedophiles alike.”

She claims the producers broke state labor laws but not getting her consent for her daughter to appear on the show and to fly alone and stay in a hotel alone.   She wants $3 Million and does not want the episode to air again.

After five seasons and two Daytime Emmy awards  Tyra Banks  announced in late 2009 that  The Tyra Show would end at the end of the fifth season in the spring of 2010.
