Charlie Sheen Leaves Sober Valley Lodge But Stays Straight

The fired Two and a Half Men actor Charlie Sheen is moving into a house just two doors down from estranged wife Brooke Mueller’s best pal, Paris Hilton, in the same gated community in Sherman Oaks, California where he currently lives.

While it had been speculated that Sheen, 45, had purchased a new home for Mueller and their 24-month-old twin sons Bob and Max, and even ex-wife Denise Richards, in fact the out-of-work actor and his goddesses are headed around the corner and into a beautiful $7.5 million Mediterranean mansion.

The six bedroom, eight bathroom residence was previously owned by Phoenix Pictures chairman Mike Medavoy, who produced The Black Swan.  The 9,000-square-foot, two-story house recently underwent extensive renovations and now features an outdoor bar and kitchen, two terraces and a heated veranda that overlooks a swimming pool.  There is also a library, butler’s pantry and a formal dining room as well as views of Los Angeles and mountains.

The house was in escrow before Sheen became an unemployed actor after being fired by Warner Bros. Television on Monday, last week.  Still, moving day is in late March.  “There’s a lot of memories in Charlie’s current home, some good, some bad, so the new residence will give Charlie a chance to start afresh,” said one pal.

Sheen has infuriated neighbors in recent weeks with the media and police attention that he has received, so much so, the Mulholland Estate neighborhood association has banned television cameras from entering their exclusive enclave.
