In the ongoing legal war between Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson their has been another twist to the story. Apparently Mel’s lawyer Blair Berk who has been out of the country is back and going to court to present evidence to Deputy District Attorney John Lynch that Oksana attempted to bribe a witness in both the criminal and family law cases.
