When Jeff Conaway slipped into a coma, it was thought that he was suffering the effects of a drug overdose. Then, Dr. Drew Pinsky came forward to give his assessment of the situation. He said that Jeff was suffering from “overwhelming pneumonia and sepsis.”
Now that Jeff has passed away, the internet has gone crazy with the rumors of an overdose. Again, Dr. Drew is saying his piece.
He said that Jeff did not die from a drug overdose, as widely thought. In fact, the famous doctor said that Jeff’s body gave out as a result of all of the drugs that he put into it.
Dr. Drew said, “This was aspiration with overwhelming pneumonia and sepsis. Jeff is another pharmaceutical death from the overutilization of prescription drugs. Please continue to pray for friends and family. They appreciate your support.”
