Rapper, Flo Rida has denied allegations that he fathered a baby boy earlier this year while dating former America’s Next Top Model contestant, Eva Marcille. Furthermore he claims he has scientific proof that will this.
Gloria Halloway says she had an affair with the rapper, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, whilst he was dating the model and that she is positive he is the father of her baby. She hired lawyer, Damon McDougal who claims that the paternity test Flo Rida took under a different name to avoid publicity was actually taken by somebody else. Unfortunately for Flo Rida(Dillard) there is no actual documentation to support his defense since the test ‘ does not contain Flo Rida’s real name’.
McDougal says: “There is absolutely nothing to indicate that [Flo Rida] was sampled, I really do feel that the only way we are going to get a reliable paternity test is going to be within the confines of some sort of court order.”
Flo Rida who was also arrested last month in Miami on suspicion of drunk driving but later released on bail, will take a valid paternity test under his real name this month.
