The ‘Fashion Police’ star thinks she caught a bug after flying into Munich, Germany, earlier this week for the launch of the new E! Entertainment network and her sore throat has affected her voice.
She wrote on her twitter page: “Think i got sick on the plane my throat is killing me and i sound like a old phone sex operator!”
Kelly had been given A-list treatment on her flight and her assistant also got to experience the pleasures of upper class after being upgraded.
She tweeted: “I cant thank virgin airways enough 4 upgrading my assistant she has worked her ass off this weekend & is so tired now she can sleep thank u!”
Kelly celebrated her 27th birthday and the avalanche of well wishes from her twitter followers put a smile on her face despite her illness.
She wrote: “wow!!!!! i woke up to so many lovely birthday well wish from you guys thank you so much!”
