I’m sure all the Lady Gaga fans have already heard that the Mother Monster herself will be giving a SPECIAL Live announcement as she introduces her latest music video, You and I. But for those of you who don’t consider yourselves to be Gaga stalkers, the singer will be appearing on MTV and LOGO, August 18th at 7:49 ET.
