Lady Gaga Wants The Whole World To Go Gaga

Lady Gaga Wants The Whole World To Go Gaga

The most controversial name in music Lady GaGa is planning the biggest world tour we’ve ever seen.  Lady Gaga wants to play more than 450 shows when she jets off around the globe next year.  She’s looking at two years on the road and visiting every major continent on earth. All that despite only having three albums to her name.

The 25-year old likes doing things bigger and better than anyone else so she has U2’s concert record in her sights. The Irish rockers currently hold the record for the highest grossing and most attended tour of all time. The native New Yorker also wants to outdo The Rolling Stones who’ve toured extensively in the last decade.

Lady Gaga is no stranger to performing live. The ‘Monster Ball Tour’ was the highest grossing outing by a debut headliner. ‘Monster’ started in Montreal in November 2009.  It took Gaga from Zurich to Zagreb and Milan to Madrid before finishing up in Mexico in May 2011. It grossed over $125 million dollars.

The lady born Stefani Germanotta is already hard at work with the Haus of Gaga brainstorming ideas for the new tour. This time around the budget will be much bigger allowing for more outlandish sets, wackier costumes and more dancers. There may even be some new material by the time the tour kicks off. The Queen of shock is already working on the follow up to Born This Way. So her ‘little Monsters’ will have a lot to look forward to in 2012.
