Rihanna's Sexually Suggestive And Self-Destructive Video Banned (Video)

Rihanna‘s ‘We Found Love’ video, which exposes the abusive relationship between Chris Brown and Rihanna in detail, has been banned in France.

The video details the sexuality and destructive aspects of the relationship between Rihanna and Chris Brown (played by model Dudley O’Shaughnessy) can only be broadcast after 10pm because their sexual scenes were deemed too “suggestive” to watch before that time. What exactly do French censors think happens at 10pm? Do they think that all underage people go to bed?

The video has previously been criticized because it alludes to the abusive relationship Rihanna had with her former boyfriend, Chris Brown, who pleaded guilty to assault in 2009. it shows Rihanna and Dudley raving with friends, fighting and getting intimate with one another.

Filming of the controversial mini-movie also angered a farmer in Belfast, Northern Ireland, earlier this year when he kicked Rihanna and her film crew out of his field because he was unhappy with her skimpy outfit.

Devout Christian Alan Graham said at the time: “If someone wants to borrow my field and things become inappropriate, then I say, ‘Enough is enough.'”

“I wish no ill will against Rihanna and her friends. Perhaps they could acquaint themselves with a greater God.”

However, Rihanna is proud of the promo, tweeting recently: “We’ve never done a video like this before. This is probably one of the deepest videos I’ve ever done. It’s all about love and love being like a drug. You definitely get that from this.”

“The good feeling of it and the dangers of it. That’s what this video is about.”

I guess the only way to make up your mind is to watch the video yourself. How does it strike you? Please tell us in the comments below.
