Robert Pattinson Returns To Hometown With Kirsten Stewart

Robert Pattinson has taken a tour of his hometown of Barnes with Kristen Stewart.  Kristen is currently shooting her new movie ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ in London and on one of her days off the actor took her on a trip to Barnes in Surrey to show her where he used to live. Barnes is a riverside suburb of London in the southwest of borough. Besides being home to Robert Pattinson, Freddy Mercury of Queen and the great author Henry Fielding (Tom Jones) were from Barnes.

Taking one’s love to see one’s childhood roots is traditional – especially if the couple intends to marry some day.

However Kisten recently admitted she has no plans to marry because she doesn’t think relationships need to be legally recognised.
When asked if she “believes” in marriage, she told German magazine TV Movie: “I like the thought of two people staying together for the rest of their lives. For me, however, this doesn’t need to be sealed with signatures.”

Let’s see what Kirsten thinks when she gets a little older and begins to want children.  The ‘Twilight’ couple wore disguises in Barnes to help avoid the usual throng of fans who appear wherever they go.

A source said: “It was really sweet, Rob wanted to show Kristen everything about where he’d grown up. He even took her to the local cafe where he used to hang out and his old pub.”

Among the other places they visited were the primary school Robert attended and the spot where T-Rex singer Marc Bolan died in a car crash in 1977.

Her alter-ego Bella Swan is set to tie the knot with Robert’s character Edward Cullen in film ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1’.
