It looks like Kim Kardashian wasn’t kidding when she recently Tweeted that she wanted to start a bible-study group with her friends, and being a celebrity who’s notorious for a sex tape, a 72 day marriage, and a reality show, it seems the 30-year-old reality star’s Bible group will only consist of fellow tabloid magazine stars!
Kim was recently spotted attending church with her new BFF LeAnn Rimes, as well as the man LeAnn cheated on her first husband with, her now-second husband Eddie Cibrian. And, of course, the paparazzi just happened to be outside the church, waiting to take everyone’s photo.
Kim was modestly, if casually, dressed in loose black pants and a gray, high-neck blouse, while LeAnn raised eyebrows in denim short-shorts. (But, in LeAnn’s defense, she spends so much time wearing bikinis on vacation, perhaps she’d forgotten what pants and knee-length dresses look like.)
According to E! Online, after a much-needed session of spiritual learning, both women jumped on Twitter to say what a wonderful time they had. And while we don’t deny that both Kim and LeAnn could use a few lessons in spirituality, we can’t help but think that this was nothing more than a press op for two women who are desperately in need of an image boost.
