Leave it up to good ol’ TMZ to bring us another video of Jason Russell‘s naked breakdown. The Invisible Children co-founder and creator of the “Kony 2012” video was caught on camera yelling and slapping the ground last week — and perhaps masturbating in public, although this has yet to be confirmed. He was shortly arrested after numerous bystanders called in to authorities to report him. The San Diego police did not arrest him, but took him to a mental health facility for observation
His family released a statement saying that he was under stress and that he “never had a substance abuse or drinking problem, and that this episode wasn’t caused by either of those things.”
Somehow, I have a hard time believing this — but hey, who am I to judge? Take a look at the below video (courtesy of TMZ):
Whatever the case may be that might shed some light on his disturbing actions, it certainly doesn’t bode well for his charity. Time will tell as to what is really going on, but most importantly let’s hope the integrity of his cause- children- don’t suffer as well. Check out the video and let me know what you think!
