Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher went through a vile break up last year, after Ashton cheated on Demi. News headlines exploded the world over and the news seeped into ever corner of the world, the power couple of Demi and Ashton, was no more.
Don’t be too sure, readers. It seems that the couple has booked a sex-free retreat on the advice of their Rabbi, teacher, Rabbi Yehuda Berg. They are planning to emotionally reconnect, just like Gary Busey did on Celeb Rehab.
Britain’s Grazia mag broke the news. A source told the magazine, “Ashton has booked a private lodge up Big Bear mountain in Southern California for the two of them. On Yehuda’s advice they will have separate bedrooms and are not to have any physical contact for the time they are there.” Okay, right. Got that, didn’t we? The Rabbi also told the couple, “They need time together to reconnect and block all outside influences and opinions out. He has been encouraging them to do long daily meditations which they will be doing on this weekend away.”
Look, we’re all for spiritual re-connections and meditation, but this seems a bit too much like a reality television show gone foul. A couple that actually despises one another, going away on a mini-retreat, filled with meditation and plush pillows? Nuh-uh!
The source told the magazine, “It’s by no means a done deal and everything is being supervised by Yehuda – this weekend will really be the decider. Ashton is treading very carefully and Demi is willing to accept that they might not end up together. But she feels she needs to know either way or if this is the best route forward.”
