Gladys Knight danced the Samba tonight as Dancing With The Stars continued with its fifth episode. The theme for this week’s episode is “Latin Week’ and this is always one of my favorite episodes. Latin Week returns as Carlos Santana takes over the ballroom with performances of some of his classic hits throughout the evening. Gladys Knight and professional dancer Tristan MacManus, dancing the Tango – Gladys had this to say about their Samba – She tweeted on her twitter account: “Hey Ya’ll!! It’s MONDAY!! We are doing the Samba tonight on #DWTS!!”
Judges Comments: Len: what you are Gladys is easy on the eyes you have a naturalness about you, musicality, it was simple, but it was effective well done. Bruno: I loved it. You play to your audience you have incredible stage presence. When you are yourself and take the stage you are magical. Carrie Ann: you had a few tiny mistakes but there is something about watching you dance there’s a reason why you are the legend you are. While you are out there you command the stage. Your feet were working at I just loved it!
