And the hits just keep on coming for John Travolta. A staffer at the Peninsula Hotel claims Travolta was banned after a series of sexual innuendos made towards the spa’s male employees. Michael Caputo worked as a masseur at the hotel from 1992 to 2008 and said Travolta was blacklisted for three years in the early 2000s after employees complained of his filthy behavior.
“Travolta would always request a man for his massage, but after a while no one would take him because of his inappropriate behavior,” Caputo said. “It got to the point where they couldn’t find any men to take him, and they had to ban him.”
Travolta’s crude antics included removing his towel, grinding against the massage table and lifting his butt in the air. Maybe he was just reliving Saturday Night Fever days?
“These are signs to a massage therapist that he was trying to see how much he could get away with,” said Caputo. “They went to management.”
Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, denied the story saying Travolta was at the hotel’s rooftop spa just six months ago. “If he was banned, do you think he’d ever go back?” Singer asked. “He’s never been banned, I guarantee you. . . . The hotel never told John he was banned, and John never acted improperly.”
Poor Marty Singer. His phone must be ringing off the hook. I hope he gets paid by the minute. Well…maybe not so poor Marty Singer, after all. Even fellow CO$ member Kirstie Alley is trying to save John and his marriage to Kelly Preston – it is on shaky ground these days! Apparently Kelly is making all the sacrifices these days while John is out carousing.
The account is just the latest in a series of sordid tales being thrown at spa-loving Travolta. Californian lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, filed a $2 million lawsuit on behalf of his masseur clients, John Doe 1 from California and John Doe 2 from Atlanta for sexual assault. However, John Doe 1 is looking for new representation. He lost credibility in his story last week when he listed the wrong date in his lawsuit. At the time he said Travolta was fondling his scrotum in Beverly Hills, the actor had steely proof that he was actually in New York City. Okorocha reiterated John Doe 1 did pass a lie detector test. According to RadarOnline, John Doe 2’s suit will not go to trial but will be held behind closed doors by a private judge in mediation.
The New York Daily News reports Okorocha said he has “substantial documentation” related to the aftermath of the Atlanta encounter. Both men claim Travolta masturbated in their presence after they pulled away.
