Vanessa Paradis has enjoyed a long relationship with Johnny Depp, one of the most desirable men in Hollywood, but all good things must apparently come to an end… or NOT! Together the two beauties have had two children, Lily-Rose, 12, and Jack, nine, and despite this incentive to remain a couple, all rumors indicate that the family’s time together has drawn to a close. But Paradis’ latest comments on the topic indicate that all is far from over between them.
Paradis made somewhat cryptic remarks after attending the premier of her new film, Cafe de Flore, alone, in Paris on Monday night. But upon closer examination it is clear she was making fun of the rumor mill and implying that all might be just fine between her and Depp.
When asked whether her 15 year relationship with Depp was kaput, Paradis told Europe 1 radio: “You know, when I eat three peas, I’m pregnant. When I visit a city, I’m buying a house. In the winter I separate, in the summer I marry. It’s been 15 years since I’ve been getting married every year. In addition I have to answer all these rumours!”
We would interpret these remarks to imply that all is probably NOT over between her and Depp. Perhaps they are having a little time apart after getting on each other’s nerves – as all couples occasionally do. Clearly Paradis is being sarcastic about separating in the winter.
While there was no sign of Depp or their two children at the premier this could be explained by the fact that they were all in Los Angeles at the time.
It is pretty clear that Paradis was implying that all is NOT over between her and Depp. We expect to see the couple together again following her remarks.
