Big Brother 2013 RECAP 8/4/13: Season 15 Episode 17 “Eviction Nominations”

Tonight on CBS BIG BROTHER returns for the seventeenth episode of their 15th season. On tonight’s episode we see the end of the HoH competition and who the new HoH puts up on the block. Did you watch the last episode where someone was evicted from the BB house? We did and we recapped it right here for you!

On last night’s show we found out who the BB Houseguests were sending home for eviction and sadly it was Howard.  I was so hoping it was Amanda :-(  Howard tried his best to convince the houseguests to keep him around, but failed.  After the eviction we had another BB HoH competition and this once was an endurance contes.  The houseguests had to walk fast on a moving log while holding a rope and if they lost their balance, they were out.  Sadly we did not get to see the outcome.

On tonight’s show we get to see the end of the HoH competition and find out who is crowned the next HoH.  If you cannot wait for tonight’s episode we have the answer [CLICK HERE] for you, but remember it is a spoiler.  We will also get to see tonight who is going up on the block.  If you want to see all the drama that Amanda has been causing in the house, head over and see a spoiler we have.  [CLICK HERE]

Big Brother 2013 airs tonight at 9 PM EST with its eleventh episode, we will be live blogging the show with all the up-to-the-minute details so make sure to come back to Celeb Dirty Laundry and watch the show with us. Can’t wait to see how all the drama plays out, how about you?  Who do you think America is going to put up for eviction?  While you wait for the recap, let us know what you think of this season of Big Brother, so far?

RECAP: Everyone is trying really hard to stay on the log, Elissa is the first one that looks like she is going to fall after only a minute, but she saves herself and gets back on. Candice knows she is a big target and wants this so bad. It is 17 minutes into the game and everyone is having a hard time because everything is aching from trying to hold on. The log turns the way it is rolling which makes the house guests start falling, Spencer is the first. Spencer fell off first so he gets to pick a surprise box, but it is a bull horn and he has to use it to speak until after the nomination ceremony. Candice was the next to fall down, she picks a box and there is $5000 in it. Helen is the next, she gets a backyward BBQ for her and three of her friends. There are three left on the log, Jessie, Ginamarie and McCrae. Jessie falls off, that is two that are left.

Ginamarie tries to make a deal with McCrae but the two cannot come to an agreement which is really making Ginamarie nervous. McCrae lost his chance, he fell off and Ginamarie is the winner of HOH.

Ginamarie and Aaryn dance around the house and Andy feels sick just watching them. Amanda is already worried about both she and McCrae being put up on the block and tells him they really need to work on Ginamarie this week.

Amanda and Spencer make a peace treaty, because she wants him on her side. Aaryn feels like an extended HOH because she and Ginamarie are close. Meanwhile, Ginamarie wants Candice out of the house and gone back to “candy land”.

Time to look at Ginamarie’s HOH room and she finds a picture of her boyfriend, hair dye and a lot of things that make it look like she is 15 years old.

Helen won her BBQ party, she tells Jessie that she picked Aaryn and Elissa to join her but there is one more up for grabs and that person she is going to choose based on whatever is good for her game. Jessie asks why Aaryn and Helen says because she kept her word last week. Meanwhile, Aaryn overheard the conversation and she is not happy that Jessie said that. Jessie then goes and complains to Amanda, wrong person to complain to. Amanda confronts Jessie about her wanting to backdoor her out of the house. Jessie claims the plan was brought to her to get rid of Amanda, it was not her idea.

Amanda runs to Helen and Elissa to complain about Jessie while Jessie runs to the diary room and breaks down crying.

Jessie is now in the background with McCrae and they are talking about his controlling the house with Amanda. Andy joins them and then Jessie as well, in her underwear. Jessie tells Amanda that she cannot control her thoughts, Amanda is appalled that she was even a target. Jessie tells Amanda that she is a target, just like everyone else in the house. Amanda calls Jessie attention seeking and crazy (wow did they ever edit this chat from what was on the live feeds).  It is shocking the way this episode is making Jessie to look like she is the one that is doing something wrong, when Amanda is clearly a bully.

Afterwards McCrae asks Amanda why she said the things she did, they didn’t make her look good and is so frustrating, she should just apologize. McCrae wants Amanda to realize they are there to play a game, not life. McCrae really tries to speak to her, but she is just not listening and tells him that she knows what she is doing.

Ginamarie calls Jessie into the HOH room for a chat. Jessie tells her that she put a target on her back last night, but she hopes that Ginamarie sees through the power of persuasion of Amanda.

Ginamarie has an important decision ahead of her, she really needs to think about what she is doing. Time for the Nomination Ceremony, two people will be put up for eviction and they are Jessie and Candice, no surprise. Poor Jessie looks like she is going to break down. Ginamarie calls Candice a tattle tale and Jessie a flip flopper while Amanda, Judd and Elissa suppress laughs, so disrespectful.

Amanda calls Jessie’s nomination putting a child in a time out. I am still shocked on how Big Brother modified the live feed and made Jessie look like the one who did something wrong and not Amanda, shocking.
