The Manzo family were the featured guests on the June 23 episode of Watch What Happens Live on Bravo. Caroline, Chris, Albie and Lauren were all smiles being in the clubhouse once again. Caroline’s sister Fran Laurita was bartender for the night. The show was sponsored by Subway so she was serving sandwiches instead of drinks.
Caroline wore a dress that would be more appropriate for someone half her age and much taller. The red haired dragon decided to accessorize with big black glasses. They didn’t make her look smart. The glasses swallowed up half her face and made her cheeks look fat. Caroline’s kids were dressed a little too casual for a television appearance. They were in jeans and casual tops that made them look sloppy. Lauren of course had to wear a tank top. She lost a lot of weight through lap band surgery and wanted to show off her new body.
The game portion of the show is always fun. The drinking game word was Pig, ribbing Fran about her babysitting a friend’s pig at Caroline’s house. There was also a game where the kids answered questions about Caroline, and if they answered wrong Fran’s pig would be roasted on a spit. It was a pretty obvious choice to pick on Fran’s pig. They could not come up with anything better because the Manzos are boring. None of them have personalities, just big mouths to dish out unsolicited advice.
The audience asked the Manzos questions via phone and Twitter. They were predictable questions regarding Caroline’s feud with her sister Dina Manzo, why she meddled into the problems between Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga and what is the biggest misconception about her. I would rather see Caroline squirming trying to answer questions about her husband’s infidelity and why she didn’t do her roots. Albie and Chris said they were very single and also plugged their new restaurant. Lauren stuck up for her mom regarding the Franklin Lakes Butinsky being involved with the Teresa and Joe feud.
Caroline is obsessed with her kids. She was all smiles ear to ear throughout the duration of the show, looking at them more than looking at Andy. Caroline didn’t seem interested in what was going on around her…she just wanted to talk with Albie, Chris and Lauren in their own little Manzo world. Thank goodness the show only ran a half hour!
