In shocking news actress Reese Witherspoon has been arrested. Not only was Reese arrested but her husband Talent Agent Jim Toth was arrested too. Both Reese and Jim were jailed early Friday morning in Atlanta, Georgia, after Jim was pulled over for driving while intoxicated! Jim’s blood alcohol level was .139.
TMZ has the scoop on the story, “According to our sources, Reese started talking back to the officer who was arresting her husband, Jim Toth. Our sources say Reese was particularly annoyed at how long the arrest was taking.”
The officer warned Reese not to exit her vehicle, not once, but twice, but Reese did not listen. Reese who has always been seen as a good girl allegedly screamed at the officer, “Do you know my name?” Bad luck for Reese, the officer did not recognize her, when he told Reese he did not, she was far from pleased and said to the officer, “You’re about to find out who I am.” I guess Reese took standing by her man a little too far! Reese was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Call me crazy, but what is wrong with celebs? There is a simple solution to not getting pulled over for a DUI, call a limo, call a taxi or call a friend.. duh!
