Teresa Giudice Wants to Open Another Restaurant - This One in Prison?

Even criminals need to work until they are convicted, right? That seems to be the position that Teresa Giudice is taking. After pleading not guilty to a bounty of fraud related charges on Aug. 14th the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was asked about her current plans and according to the Sept. 2nd print edition of In Touch magazine, prison stripes aren’t on her radar just yet. Instead the mother of four said that she is looking into opening another restaurant.

Remember back in the early days of her Bravolebrity career when the Giudice’s owned a pizza parlor? I guess perhaps she is hoping to return to those good old days when her life wasn’t one big scandal and people believed that she and her husband, Joe Giudice might actually be honest people.

The writing is kind of on the wall for Teresa as her attempts at a plea deal that would keep her out of jail fell on deafened DA ears. She can plan all she wants and embark on yet another business venture but in all likelihood once she and Joe get to trial everything is going to fall apart. No business of theirs will remain open if and when they are convicted. I’m actually kind of surprised that they can even contemplate opening anything because I would have thought that a decent amount of their assets would be frozen until there is a ruling in their case.

Do you think the Giudice’s will open another business or is this just verbal smoke and mirrors to make fans believe that all is well and business is good? Teresa is great at deception, is this just one more example of it? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
