CDL Giveaway: Win Tickets to See Paramore, Metric, and Hellogoodbye LIVE in Concert!

It’s been a few weeks since we’ve had a totally awesomesauce contest to tell our fabulous readers about. Well, the wait’s over, folks, because we’ve got a good one for you today! Paramore will be hitting the road this coming fall on their much anticipated tour “The Self-titled Tour” and we wanted to give you all the opportunity to go see them LIVE in concert. The tour will also feature special guests Metric and Hellogoodbye. Not too shabby sounding, right?

Paramore is currently set to perform “Still Into You” as part of their first-ever live appearance on FOX’s annual awards show, Teen Choice 2013, on Sunday, August 11th. The band are among the event’s leading nominees with a nod for “Choice Music: Rock Group” – a category they have already won four times, bringing their total Teen Choice Awards tally to eight and counting.

For more information on how you can go about purchasing tickets (if you don’t win) to the Paramore 2013 Tour, please CLICK HERE for more details about the tour.

CONTEST CLOSED: Congratulations Kiah!

1. Place a comment in the comments section below. Be sure to include your e-mail (so we can contact you if you’re chosen as the winner), your desired City/Venue/Date, as well as the answer to the following question: What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done while listening to a Paramore song — or do you have any crazy memories associated with a Paramore song?

The band has a lot of good songs that a lot of people have listened to, so I’m sure many of you have some stories to tell! (As always . . . . I don’t deduct points for fictional entries because how will I ever freaking know what you have or haven’t done while listening to a Paramore song #AmIRight?)

Note: Please keep in mind that tickets are extremely limited for each city. In the event that a show is sold out, the winner may have to choose an alternate city, if applicable. Tickets will be reserved at will-call and must be picked up by the winner at least 2 hours prior to the show.

2. Deadline: Contest will close Thursday, August 8th.

3. Prizes: One lucky winner will win one pair of tickets (i.e. one person will receive two tickets)

4. Eligibility: Open to residents of the USA and CANADA

The show I would like to attend is Susquehanna Bank Center, Camden, NJ Fri, Nov 8, 2013

The craziest memory i have with a paramore song was Still into you and anklebiters , I’m usually a very shy person when it comes to interacting with people, however a mounth ago my friends and Iweent to a Karoke place, I was scared and reluctant to sing becuse I was to worried about what people were going to think and say, but i rembered a lyric from their song anklebiters, and that i should not care what people think. So I went up there and sang still into you, I had so much to fun and I jumped around the small stage. I think I was a little in the momment but cart wheeled off the stage and spraned my ankle and my wrist, (how ironic). That day Paramore tought me a life lesson not to care what people think. Buut don’t feel bad for me Paramore is tottaly worth a srained ankle and wrist. It would be really awesome if i won becuse i have never been to one of their cooncerts.

Mine is more of a feeling than a story. Every time I hear the song “Let the Flames Begin,” I get chills. Something about that song is majestic and powerful (so are their other songs). However, whenever I hear the song with the ‘Oh Father’ outro, it takes the song to a whole other level of greatness. Even if you are not religious, the energy the entire band has and the desperation Hayley puts into her voice is mesmerizing. It’s perfect.
