However, our sources tell us that Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny are still very happy together, and are planning to spend the holidays with each other. In other words, they will spend a Hanukkah and Christmas romance in each other’s arms and try to stay out of the spotlight while doing so.
Due to their complicated relationship histories – with other significant exes and each other – David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson have been very careful going about their relationship. They’ve been exceedingly careful never to flaunt any PDA, except for X-Files related events at Comic-Con or similar settings. Anyone who’s very close to them can see the telltale signs of affection, and it IS obvious that there’s something happening there. However, they never kiss in public, nor do they act like a couple, as much as they can help it. Again, perceptive fans have been able to notice small changes in their behavior, particularly around each other, but by and large they’re staying discreet.
