Tonight on NBC World renowned chef Gordon Ramsay’s television series Hell’s Kitchen where aspiring chefs compete returns with an all new Wednesday November 19, season 13 episode 10 called, “9 Chefs Compete.”  On tonight’s episode, following the departure of two contestants from the competition, those remaining are challenged to create Indian-inspired meals, with the winning team earning a day of pampering at a luxurious spa. Later, effective communication serves one group well at dinner service, while some others continue to mess up at their stations.

On last week’s episode, after last week’s challenge, after which no one went home, both teams would roll dice to determine the ingredients for their next team challenge dish. The winning team won a trip on a private plane to Las Vegas, while the losing team stayed behind and unload the delivery truck for the next dinner service. Before the next dinner service, one contestant’s injury caused his/her time in HELL’S KITCHEN to end, while the remaining contestants prepared for Rock and Roll night in the dining room, where they will served music legends and VIPs including Stewart Copeland of The Police and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. Did you watch the last episode? On tonight’s episode as per the FOX synopsis, “after two contestants leave the competition, Chef Gordon Ramsay challenges the remaining contestants to an Indian cuisine challenge. Contestants must match complimentary ingredients to create four Indian-inspired meals. The team that earns the most points from Chef Ramsay and guest chef Sundar Bains of All Spice Indian Restaurant, will win a day of pampering at the luxurious Willow Spa, while the losing team will prepare for the next dinner service. Later during the dinner service, the teams will once again attempt to impress the HELL’S KITCHEN VIP guests at the Indian Cuisine night. As one team leads the dinner service due to effective communication, the other team can’t stand the heat – or each other – and continue to mess up their stations. Find out who is safe and who will be up for elimination.”

The teams are just sent back by Gordon, the red team know that next service they must be rock solid. Aaron says that he doesn’t want to just win the money and chef title; he wants to earn it. Bryant feels like he doesn’t think he can win this competition and he should leave. Gordon calls all the chefs down and asks them what is the one place they’d like to go. Though he mentions he personally fell in love with Indian cuisine. Next challenge they must take control of a tablet to decide what protein they must do; though their dish has to be Indian inspired. They now start to make their dishes that they have designed.

Though Jennifer has no idea what she is doing with her dish, she has never even tried Indian food before in her life; though the blue team have an extra dish and they decide to drop Santos dish for Sade. Gordon has brought in Chef Sachin Chopa. They start trying the dishes and the first round has the red team leading on lamb. Next up is chicken, the red team do very bad on it and the blue gets a bigger lead. Next is the cod, though the blue team fails on it while the red team doesn’t do any better. Last up is pork which decides it all, the winning dish was just as good as the blue team; they are now tied. Though the red team wins it with the best dish present. The red team is going to get a day at a spa and a special surprise upstairs for them. The blue team will be preparing for the dinner service, they’ll also be cleaning the whole place.

The blue team is all poking fun of Aaron since he said he knew Indian, but he failed on the competition. The red team comes back and they really rub it in the blue teams face. Gordon calls out Sade from the kitchen, he sees her doing very well and knows she’s getting stronger. The service starts and Bryant tried to help cook scallops, though served them pretty raw. The blue team is now slipping because of Bryant, another dish given back for being cold. Aaron is getting really pissed at Bryant for ruining his station. The red kitchen though is doing very well, Sterling is making some amazing risotto.

The red kitchen has a small fire, but after it’s put out they are back in control; though the blue team is really not working well together. Sade made a perfect dish and Gordon can right away spot that Arron’s fish is raw; he’s getting very annoyed with them. The red team is completely killing it, though Aaron has a fire in his pan; the blue team is not getting along whatsoever. The blue team has once again screwed up completely.

The service has ended, the blue team has failed for sure; though Bryant has been nominated by Aaron. Bryant and Aaron are getting very angry, they begin to yell at each other.
