Celeb Dirty Laundry Is Named Infolinks' Website Of The Month for February!

Celeb Dirty Laundry, the spot on the web where you come for all your hot gossip and entertainment news, has just been named Infolinks’ Website of the Month! Infolinks, responsible for the in-text ads you see integrated within our daily posts, chose CDL’s story out of thousands of publishers, and we feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to share our journey on their blog. The Infolinks blog is doing a great job of promoting and featuring many leading publishers within the realms of digital media; we couldn’t be more honored to join the ranks of our acclaimed, fabulous, innovative online friends.

As stated in the feature, CDL “started as a high school project in 2007 by Robyn Good. The site today averages more than 2.3 million unique and 5 million page views a month. Today, the CDL is the flagship site of the MLRP Media Group, a family run business managed by Robyn’s parents: Annemarie and Jody, two retired college professors.”

In case you didn’t know, Celeb Dirty Laundry is part of a larger blog network — complete with several leading industry blogs — that operates under the MLRP Media group. Not many people know that the letters in our little name actually stand for something. As Annemarie reveals in her interview, MLRP stands for “My Little Retirement Project,” as that’s exactly how she viewed the website after taking over for her daughter in 2007.

While it was viewed as a fun side project in the beginning, the platform quickly took off and soon turned into a full time job. So much for rest, relaxation, and retirement! Now we have a full team of writers, amazing connections, and a sweet little spot on the web we’re proud to share with you every day.

CDL owes much of its success to our wonderful readers, and we continue to cherish your support (even if you find the need to rag on us about Kristen Stewart from time to time #WeLoveYou). To read the full interview with Annemarie, head over to the Infolinks blog — CLICK HERE.

Thanks again to Infolinks for this great honor and for featuring us as “one of the most inspirational and colorful stories” among their worldwide publishers.
