Penn Badgley and Zoe Kravitz were on and off for quite some time, but it seemed as though they called it splits for the last time over the fall. However, Zoe didn’t take much time moving on from Penn, especially if the rumors of her and Drake are true. Then again, Penn’s not going to stay single for long either, and rumor has it, he already has a cute new girlfriend.
The Daily Mail has a picture set (PHOTOS) of Penn hanging out with a mysterious lady friend in New York City last weekend. The report suggests that Penn and his companion are more than just friends, but honestly, I’d take that with a grain of salt. In the tabloid world, every time a male celebrity is spotted with a new woman, she’s automatically his girlfriend. Penn obviously has friends, and this woman could easily be a friend. Or a manager. Or a business partner. Or a family member. There are endless possibilities to her identity, and nothing in these pictures suggests that she and Penn share more than just a friendly bond. Isn’t there usually hand holding or cuddling whenever there’s a new romance?
Maybe Penn hasn’t moved on, and he’s still waiting for Zoe. It was only in September that the former couple reportedly jetted off to Italy for a romantic vacation, and it seemed as though they were getting back together for good. Alas, their schedules and time spent apart seem to have caused a bigger rift than anyone expected, and they ended up breaking up. And even if this mysterious companion isn’t Penn’s girlfriend, don’t expect the guy to remain single for long. I mean, just look at him. Plus, if the rumors are true and he’s on the short list for a major role in the new Batman and Superman movie, there’ll be plenty of famewhores and Hollywood types flocking to him like fleas to honey.
