According to a recent report, Wilmer Valderrama was caught cheating on Demi Lovato. Um, of COURSE he was! Is this a surprise to absolutely anyone? It’s Wilmer freaking Valderrama. The guy is a complete ingrate, and he’s known to have cheated in the past. And I stand firmly by the statement: once a cheater, always a cheater [especially in Hollywood]. If there’s evidence to support the rumors, then it probably happened.
In this case, Star Magazine claims that Demi Lovato ‘busted’ Wilmer ‘exchanging racy texts’ with another woman, supposedly Demi’s friend. Star’s source adds, “Demi was crushed. She feels betrayed in the worst way.”
And of course, several outlets are trying to use a picture of Demi and Wilmer kissing in a social media picture from Monday to claim that this story isn’t true. Again, do these outlets not understand how Hollywood works, despite working in the same industry and covering the same things? Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama could have been fighting [and could STILL be fighting], but that doesn’t mean they’re going to let their PR go to waste. In fact, it’s whenever notoriously shy or PDA-shy couples start going crazy with the selfies and the Instagram posts – you know something’s up. Demi and Wilmer might even have been doing advance damage control, knowing that people had found out about the sexting fiasco and Wilmer’s cheating. They’ve done the same thing in the past, and they’re not above re-using their PR strategies when it suits them.
Either way, this was never going to be a couple that lasted. I mean, they could prove me wrong, but Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama? Yeah, I don’t think so.
