Was Bruce Jenner Texting While Driving Car Causing Fatal Accident: Warrants Issued, Could Be Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter

Bruce Jenner was involved in a tragic traffic accident earlier this afternoon in Malibu, causing the death of an innocent victim after he rear-ended her car and pushed the car into incoming traffic. According to TMZ, there were four different vehicles involved in the crash, although Bruce got away completely unharmed.

There were reportedly 8 other people involved, and all of them received varying degrees of injury – but the woman driving the white car that Bruce rear-ended reportedly died on impact. Bruce was reportedly not speeding in his massive Escalade which was towing some sort of trailer and other vehicle and bumped the woman’s car in a pretty strong impact, causing the car to go into traffic. A hummer driving the other way collided with the white car, leading to the woman’s death pretty instantaneously.

Bruce Jenner reportedly passed a field sobriety test, which means he was sober at the time of the crash. However, in no way shape or form does that excuse his culpability in this accident. It was completely his fault, clear as day, and he could with vehicular homicide. Bruce Jenner’s lame excuse was that he was being chased by several paparazzi, but how is that an excuse for smashing into a car leading to someone’s death? Celebrities love using paparazzi as an excuse for breaking the rules – especially traffic rules – and they somehow always manage to get away with it. But this time, Bruce Jenner inadvertently caused the death of another human being with his driving, and by rights, should and possibly will be charged with vehicular homicide.

I mean, what – Bruce was scared the paparazzi were going to get a picture of him dressed up as a woman? Why did he have to speed and cause a deadly accident? The Paps allegedly chasing him posed no threat at all other that to take his stupid picture – now an innocent woman is dead. This whole thing reeks of negligence on Bruce’s part, and he has no excuses that will remove the blame from himself.

What do you guys think? Should Bruce Jenner be charged with vehicular homicide for causing the death of the woman in the white car? Will he get away with causing such a horrific traffic accident with minimal repercussions? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Update: there is suspicion based upon photos of Bruce apparently holding something in his left hand (a cell phone possibly) at the time he plowed into the victim’s car causing the fatal accident. Police have issued warrants for the cell phone and its call records and if Bruce was texting, which is illegal in California, at the time of the deadly accident, then he can (and probably should be) charged with vehicular manslaughter.
