Dennis Quaid’s Temper Tantrum Shakes Up Movie Set: The Blow Up Was All A Joke! (VIDEO)

Dennis Quaid's Temper Tantrum Shakes Up Movie Set: The Blow Up Was All A Joke! (VIDEO)

Dennis Quaid lost his cool in an outrageous video that’s now gone viral – but was the breakdown staged or real? The seasoned actor lost his remarkable cool after an anonymous member of his new film’s production team wandered onto the set like an amnesiac nun. The explicit video, which first surfaced on TMZ, shows a different, more nuclear-esque side of Quaid. The actor was overheard screaming, “What the f*ck? Keep going. I’m acting here, and this d**khead wanders on my set. I can’t even get a line out until dopey the d**k starts whispering in your ear… You’re not even watching anymore!”

Off-camera, some poor sod tried to calm the actor down, saying “Dennis… Dennis… Dennis…” over and again; this obviously didn’t work. Dennis the Menacing Menace responded, “Don’t f**king ‘Dennis’ me! I’m doing my job here. I’m a pro. This is the most unprofessional set I’ve ever been on. This is horse s**t!” He also referred to the other production members as “these f**king zombies” and “a bunch of p**sies”. The tirade ended after Quaid screamed, “Blow me!”

NOW FOR THE TRUTH: An explosive confrontation is always fun to watch, especially when actors get involved, for example Christian Bale. I guess the joke’s on us. The skirmish was nothing more than a harmless skit for Funny or Die, the popular channel that frequently takes jabs at Pop Culture – and the stars that make it tick.

An insider source revealed, “Quaid lampooned Christian Bale’s infamous rant on the set of Terminator Salvation. The 61-year-old actor has a great sense of humor. But the prank might be a bit too realistic. People see what they want to see, and in this case it looks like Quaid is an egotistical control freak. It’s untrue. I just hope everyone realizes it before it’s too late.”

I’m not afraid of Quaid. I’m not afraid of Quaid. Repeat after me: I’m not afraid of Quaid.

Who knew the actor had such an offbeat sense of humor? What do you think? Did Quaid and Kimmel take it too far? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
