Tonight’s episode of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood kicks off with Amber calling Miles to try and talk about their huge fight after he confessed he was bisexual – but the phone call doesn’t go well. Miles announces that he is “with” his friend Milan and they are in a relationship – he has been cheating on her with Milan this entire time.

Teairra heads to the salon with her friend Moniece to get their nails done – Teairra announces that she has decided to get liposuction. She is not feeling like herself since she gained weight, and she wants to lose weight fast – going to the gym apparently isn’t an option. Meanwhile, Fizz is at home with his son – and Moniece isn’t answering her phone, but she is supposed to be picking up their son.

Nicki heads over to Hazel’s house – she was in a bad ATV accident in Dubai and she wants to check up on her. Hazel reveals that she nearly lost her nose, apparently she hit her nose on the handlebars when she wrecked the ATV and shattered it. She cries to her friends that she is scared what her nose will look like when the bandages come off. And, it really upset her that no one is sympathizing for her – instead they are all gossiping and saying that she made up the whole accident to cover up the fact that she got a nose job.

Moniece’s mom meets up with Rich to discuss his relationship with her daughter. She just wants to make sure that he knows what he is really getting in to – and all of the drama between her and Fizz over their son.

Over at Nia’s house, she is getting ready for a “Mothers & Mimosas” meeting. Her dad crashes her little get together and wants to talk to her in private. He had heard a lot of rumors about her and Dre and him cheating on Nia. Nia confesses that some of the rumors are true, but she reassures her dad that she has all of the drama with Dre under control.

Hazel heads to the doctor’s office to get her bandage off from her nose – she learns that the doctor didn’t really “fix” her nose – he just did everything he could to save her nose. He says that once it is healed, and can do some reconstructive work. The bandages come off and Hazel’s nose is swollen and crooked, she starts sobbing as soon as she sees her nose in the mirror.

Max and Brandi head to the studio to meet with Nick Cannon, he is not happy that everything keeps falling through with Brandi and he doesn’t think that she is taking her music seriously. Since Max is a producer – Nick wants him to come in to the studio and work with Brandi, maybe she will produce some hits with her husband by her side. Because right now, nothing else seems to be working.

Fizz is fed up with Moniece, she hasn’t picked him up for the past three weekends. He wants her mother to start picking up some of Moniece’s slack. Her mom Marla kind of laughs off the idea – she tells Fizz that he should just go to court and get full custody and make Moniece pay child support so that he can afford a nanny, because she obviously isn’t going to help him out unless the court orders her to. Fizz loses his cool and starts crying, he doesn’t understand why Moniece’s own mother wouldn’t want to support her and help her.

Afterwards, Fizz pays Moniece a visit at her rehearsal to try and talk to her about Kam, Moniece winds up having a meltdown and crying that no one cares about her. Fizz comforts her and reassures her that he does care, and he wants her to figure out whatever it is that she is going through so that she can be a part of her son’s life again.

THE END!
