Tonight on ABC it’s another Dancing With The Stars elimination of Season 20 and we will say goodbye to one more contestant tonight. On tonight’s show the seven remaining couples performed an iconic number from a different time period on “Era’s Night.” Good news for at least one of the remaining seven couples — instead of two couples leaving as previously announced, only one will depart on tonight.
After last week’s performance tied at the top of the leaderboard were Riker Lynch and Allison Holker who performed a Samba and were awarded a 37/40 by the judges. The bottom of the leaderboard had Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson who danced the Jive and scored a 28/40 by the judges.
On tonight’s show as per the ABC synopsis, “Dancing with the Stars the seven remaining couples performed an iconic number from a different time period on “Era’s Night.” Dance styles include Modern Charleston, Contemporary, Argentine Tango and a futuristic Jazz number. The couple with the highest overall score of the night will be granted immunity from elimination. The remaining couples will then compete in a dance-off to earn extra judges’ points in an effort to increase their overall score. At the end of the night, one couple will be sent home.”
Tonight’s dance assignments were: Noah Galloway dancing 70’s Jazz, Robert Herjavec dancing an 80’s Argentine Tango, Nastia Liukin dancing a Modern Charleston, Riker Lynch dancing a 20’s Quickstep, Willow Shields dancing a Futuristic Jazz, Chris Soules dancing a 40’s Foxtrot and Rumer Willis dancing a 60’s Jive.
