Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Spoilers: Valentine’s Day Shawn Christian Appears as Daniel - Romance and Movie-Themed Dreams

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Valentine’s Day will bring several surprises in Salem. The holiday will arrive a couple of days early on DOOL, February 12, but it will include all the romance you’d expect. Doug (Bill Hayes) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will celebrate an amorous evening together. They really are the perfect pair. Julie and Doug will enjoy a long day of love and reminiscing.

The rest of this episode will be a bit of a departure from the norm. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say many Salemites will have vivid dreams about the dilemmas they’re facing in their love lives. Theresa (Jen Lilley) has been worried about Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) growing bond with Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Perhaps Theresa’s dream will involve Brady having feelings for his ex.

Of course, Nicole still has Daniel (Shawn Christian) on her mind. They were supposed to get married on Valentine’s Day, so this dream will be quite poignant. “Days” spoilers indicate that Shawn Christian will reprise his role as Daniel for this fantasy. Nicole will undoubtedly share a kiss and some heartfelt words with her former fiancé. DOOL viewers will want to get their tissues ready for this one.

Meanwhile, Rafe (Galen Gering) will dream about a predicament involving his love for Hope (Kristian Alfonso). Ciara’s (Vivian Jovanni) vision will center on Theo (Kyler Pettis) and his crush declaration, which will come earlier in the week. Elsewhere, Ava’s (Tamara Braun) imagination will run wild and Abigail’s (Kate Mansi) dream will focus on her future with Chad (Billy Flynn).

Needless to say, there’s a lot going on in this episode. It should be nice to have a break from the usual format. Every now and then, soaps need to do something different to keep fans interested. We should also point out that all of these dreams will incorporate various movie genres.

We could see everything from romantic comedy and gripping drama to spine-tingling horror and riveting action. Who knows? Maybe we’ll even see an old western thrown in there. Tune in to “Days of Our Lives” on Friday, February 12, for some early Valentine’s Day fun!

So “Days” fans, what do you think about the news that DOOL is going with something unusual for Valentine’s Day? Are you looking forward to these cinematic dreams? What movie genres would you like to see? Will any Salem residents make updates to their relationships because of these fantasies?
