Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and Justin (Wally Kurth) will spend some time catching up. They were on the verge of a real romance before Eve left for New York. There was definitely some chemistry going on. They could’ve formed a nice quadrangle with Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Adrienne (Judi Evans).
Unfortunately, DOOL fired Kassie DePaiva and Eve was quickly written out. There certainly are no hard feelings between Eve and Justin. Days spoilers say they’ll meet up for a chat before Eve heads home. Eve will soon realize that another woman is on Justin’s mind.
Justin and Adrienne faced plenty of problems over the years, but they always found their way back to each other. Sadly, things didn’t work out after their last divorce. They gave their relationship one more shot, but it just wasn’t meant to be. At least that’s what they thought at the time.
Days of Our Lives fans know that characters can easily change their minds. It seems Justin is having some second thoughts about letting Adrienne go. Days spoilers reveal that Eve will pick up on Justin’s lingering feelings for his ex. She’ll question Justin about what his heart is telling him.
Justin may say he’s missed his chance now that Adrienne is engaged to Lucas. Eve might argue that Justin should tell Adrienne how he feels. It may not be too late after all. Then again, Eve may just butt out and let Justin be in charge of his own love life. In light of her past mistakes, Eve is really in no position to be dishing out relationship advice.
Still, Eve knows a thing or two about missed opportunities. When Paige (True O’Brien) was murdered, Eve wasn’t on the best of terms with her daughter. She undoubtedly wishes she’d tried a little harder to reconnect before Paige’s death. Eve may want Justin to understand that it’s better to leave nothing unsaid.
Thanks to a leaked set video, we know Adrienne will wear a wedding gown in scenes this fall. That tells us the ceremony will proceed as planned, but it doesn’t tell us if anyone will say “I do.” Justin may end up trying to stop the wedding with a desperate plea. Adrienne might have to choose between her former flame and her new love.
However, Judi Evans and Bryan Dattilo recently posed for a set photo together. They’re both recurring, so the fact that they were there on the same day could be a hint that they’re sharing scenes. That may mean Adrienne will marry Lucas in spite of Justin’s potential objection.
Luckily, forever couples don’t happen very often. Justin could still win Adrienne over, especially if extraordinary circumstances come about. Days of Our Lives buzz suggests that Adrienne and Justin could be drawn to each other in an upcoming storyline.
