“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers reveal that Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) may have stepped over the line with her Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash) scheme and it could cost her everything she holds dear. This debacle all starts with a brotherly chat about lady problems.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will chat up Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) about their estranged women. Dante shares that he’s certain Lulu was getting busy with someone at the Haunted Star on New Year’s.
Look for Dante to share his suspicion that it was Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins). Dillon is the obvious choice since he showed the Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpi) video to expose Dante’s affair to wreck Dante and Lulu’s marriage.
But this time Dillon is in the clear. Michael was at the Floating Rib on New Year’s Eve with Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Michael likely saw Dillon there – and it seems like Dante also had to see Dillon there since he was standing right beside Valerie.
Sure Dillon was wearing a pair of “2016” glasses part of the time, but still. Dante also seemed to take notice that Dillon left with Valerie – but perhaps he was too busy watching Val to notice it was Dillon. Despite this, Dante confronted Dillon and accused him of sleeping with Lulu on New Year’s Eve.
What’s scary about this is that Dante is a detective… has he not heard of the concept of an alibi? Dillon clearly had one for New Year’s Eve. When Dante and Michael talk, will Mikey remind him Dillon was at The Rib? Will he tell Dante he noticed Dillon left with Valerie?
This talk might spark a little sense in Dante that Dillon could not have been with Lulu and Valerie at the same time. It might chap Dante a bit that Dillon seems to like the same women he does, but that doesn’t mean he was the one mussing up Lulu’s hair and lipstick the other night.
Dante left The Rib not long after Dillon and Valerie did – and Dillon saw Valerie home after that awkward kiss they shared. Maybe Dante just isn’t registering the time line of that evening and leaped to the conclusion that it was Dillon with Lulu when he saw him the next day.
Plus, Dillon didn’t defend himself. Then again, maybe he thought Dante deserved to think that Lulu was having a good time. You’ll recall that Dillon told Lulu about the accusation and she assured him she would work it out with Dante – but that hasn’t happened. And now it’s likely too late.
By the end of this week, GH spoilers reveal that Dante will find an envelope of photos at the PCPD – and they’re of Johnny with Lulu. Looks like Johnny may have sent the photos to try and finish off Dante and Lulu’s marriage. And it could work – too bad Johnny won’t be around to enjoy the fruits of their split.
Once Dante sees the pics, he’ll assume that Johnny was the one Lulu was hiding on the Haunted Star on New Year’s (and he’s right). From there, he’ll assume the worst since Johnny and Lulu have a romantic history. This could be the straw that may break their marriage once and for all.
Dante was mad enough at the idea of Lulu sleeping with anyone, much less Dillon, but Johnny is in a whole different category. He’s a fugitive who is a mortal enemy of Dante’s dad, has been in multiple confrontations with Dante, and is just an all-around bad dude.
And this is on top of what Lulu has had Johnny doing to Valerie. Even if Lulu can convince Dante she wasn’t shagging Johnny, she was hiding him on her boat and inciting him to hurt Valerie. This will be too much for Dante.
Not only could Dante tell Lulu that he’s done with their marriage, but he might make a move to take Rocco based on her dangerous choices. Of course, Johnny will be locked up soon – GH spoilers indicate he’ll be nabbed in coming days, likely as a result of putting Val’s life in jeopardy.
Is this it, GH fans? Are Dante and Lulu really over thanks to Lulu conspiring with Johnny? If so, will Dante try and hook up with Valerie again? And will Val push him away because she’s had enough? Will Lulu turn dark if Dante tells her they’re done for good?
