Tonight’s episode of Quantico kicks off where we left off last week, Alex is tied up in a room in the building that has been taken over by the terrorists – Lydia left her there to be caught. She dislocates her own arm to get untied, and then makes a run for it before she is caught.

Flashback – Shelby is still hooking up with one of the students at the CIA training camp. Afterward, she meets with Alex at the safe house, they are shocked to see that Nemah and Miranda are already there with Ryan. Miranda is not happy that they still haven’t infiltrated the anarchists in the CIA. Miranda gives Alex a blueprint to Owen’s house and says that she needs to get inside and get some intel. The operation is moving too slow and they still don’t have anything. Alex and Ryan head to the bar

Alex and Ryan head to the bar afterward with some of the other students from the CIA camp. They play a game of darts and question each other about their pasts. Things get awkward when Sebastian questions Harry about his friend Elliot who committed suicide.

The next day in class, Owen and Lydia reveal the next lesson at the CIA training camp will be in interrogations – how to avoid questions, and how to ask the right questions.

Present Time – Alex is making her way through the basement of the building. She calls Shelby’s cell phone, she warns her that the terrorists have been communicating with someone on the outside world. She gives Shelby a phone number of the person that has been talking to the terrorists, and then the line goes dead. The terrorists knock Alex out, she wakes up tied to a chair in what appears to be an interrogation room.

Another man is thrown into the room with Alex, his hands are tied and he claims to be one of the hostages. He says his name is Mike and the terrorists sent him in to find out where the drives are. If Alex doesn’t give up the drives, then they will kill Mike. Alex basically laughs in “Mikes’s” face and tells him that she isn’t buying it, she knows he is one of the terrorists and they are trying to play her.

Flashback – In class Lydia and Owen warn the student that they will push them to their limits. They put them through several potential interrogation techniques, like weight endurance, putting their feet in ice water, and listening to loud music.

Present Time – Mike begs Alex to tell the terrorists where the drives are, but she still isn’t buying it. The terrorists march in and shoot Mike in the head and kill him. It looks like he was telling the truth after all. Next, they bring in Dayana, and promise to torture her if Alex doesn’t give them what they want.

Flashback – Owen challenges the students at the CIA to torture him until he gives up his top secret CIA alias. Owen is apparently half superhuman though, and hours without food, water, or sleep don’t seem to be breaking him at all. The students bicker over how they should torture Owen next. Interestingly enough, Dayana seems to know a little bit about torturing people.

Owen still hasn’t cracked a few days later. They argue over whether they should physically torture him more, or take a different approach. Ryan corners Dayanah and asks her about the country where she grew up, he can tell that she was tortured or she saw someone else being tortured firsthand. He gives her a speech about how doing bad doesn’t make you a bad person.

Meanwhile, Alex slips away from the training exercise and breaks in to Owen and Lydia’s house to snoop around. She finds a secret computer and cell phone hidden in the wall. Henry spots her in the house, and calls her to tip her off that Lydia is on her way back and she is about to be busted.

Back in class, Dayana informs her classmates that they only way they are ever going to get Owen to surrender, is to hurt someone that he cares about – as in his daughter Lydia. The students drag Lydia kicking and screaming back to the torture room where they are holding Owen. After torturing Lydia in front of Owen, it’s not long until he gives up his sAlexecret alias…it’s Jim Dowd.

Present Time – Apparently the class in torture didn’t do much for Alex. Before the terrorists even seriously hurt Dayanah, Alex sings like a canary to save her and tells them that Lydia took the drives and she doesn’t even have them.

Outside, Shelby calls the number that Alex gave her – and to her shock a phone in Miranda’s boyfriend’s Paul starts ringing. Men in suits whisk him away, Miranda shouts at Paul not to talk to anyone until he gets a lawyer.

Flashback – Alex meets with Shelby, who is not too excited about the phone and computers she found at Owen’s house, since she didn’t even take photos of them. Alex is upset because she feels like they are fazing her out of the operation. She runs in to Owen at the bar and flirts with him, he offers to buy her a burger.

Meanwhile, Ryan wakes up outside in the middle of nowhere with a burner phone. Someone on the other side of the phone says, “You have been selected.”

DAyanah and Alex are alone in the torture room – Henry, Sebastian, and Leon rush in. Apparently one of them faked a seizure and they were able to overpower some of the terrorists and get away. It looks like the CIA students are about to put everything they learned to use to join forces against the terrorists.

THE END!
