The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick’s Gift Leaves Sharon in Tears – Devon Confronts Hilary – Jill Grants Billy’s Wish

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers and recap for Friday, December 23, tease that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will ask Paul (Doug Davidson) for a favor. She’ll hope to have both Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Dylan (Steve Burton) at the Newman family gathering. Since Dylan usually listens to Paul, Nikki will ask him to drop by and encourage their son to join the Christmas party.

Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) will be feeling blue. She’ll pack up Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and Sully’s stockings as she prepares for a sad holiday. Dylan will try to lift Sharon’s spirits by mentioning Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Noah (Robert Adamson). At least they’ll be popping in at some point. Sharon won’t think it’s the same as having little ones around.

Paul will arrive to deliver Nikki’s request. However, Dylan will dismiss the idea and opt to support Sharon instead. Sharon and Dylan will make admissions to each other in Friday’s Y&R episode. They’ll confess that they both kept photos of Sully. Dylan will give Sharon a hug as they try to get through this difficult time.

At the ranch, Paul will inform Nikki that Dylan isn’t going to attend this year. Nearby, Victor (Eric Braeden) will read a story to his grandkids. Once he’s done, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Victor will acknowledge how much they miss Adam (Justin Hartley).

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Faith will notice that the Christmas tree is missing a star. Victor will recall when he used to lift Nick up to put their tree topper in place. Nick will keep the tradition alive by raising Faith up to do the same. Nikki will also present Nick with an ornament that has Christian’s name on it.

At the Chancellor mansion, Billy’s (Jason Thompson) holiday will be a bit lonelier. When Jill (Jess Walton) finds her son drinking, she’ll snap that he belongs with his family. Jill will continue to push Billy and Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) reunion as well.

Billy will want Jill to just give it a rest. He’ll note that it’s the Christmas miracle he’s wishing for. The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Jill will finally agree to butt out. Elsewhere, Victoria will have some trouble when the children get rowdy. Later, she’ll cross paths with Billy and he’ll enjoy spending some special moments with his kids.

Other Y&R spoilers reveal that Devon (Bryton James) will confront Hilary (Mishael Morgan) about her recent deception. He’ll point out that she used the agent to manipulate him. There were no other offers on the table. Hilary will gripe about Devon’s need to control her. She won’t think her husband trusts her at all.

Devon will insist that Hilary makes it tough when she constantly lies. Hilary and Devon will eventually get to the root of their trust issues. They’ll decide that starting their relationship as an affair has given them doubts. Hilary and Devon will reaffirm their love as they share a holiday hug.

A caroler will also warm a few hearts in the park. While she belts out a tune, Nick will give Dylan and Sharon the ultimate Christmas gift. He’ll bring Christian to their home for a visit and they’ll be quite touched. Sharon will get weepy when she sees Dylan cuddling with the baby.
