The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Max Confesses - What Consequences Should Murderous Child Face for Crimes - POLL

“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Max Rayburn (Jared Breeze) will confess to certain crimes on this week’s episodes and should have to face punishment and consequences for them. But what the GCPD can prove and what will be done to Stitch Rayburn’s (Sean Carrigan) son remains to be seen. What do you think should happen to Max?

First let’s take a look at Max’s roster of crimes before we delve into what should happen to him.

Max got Charlie to set off the fire alarm

Technically Charlie Ashby (Aidan Clark) set off the fire alarm, but it was Max that egged him into doing it. That’s a Class I felony in the state of Wisconsin. It may not seem like a big deal but it actually is. People get trampled and it wastes first responder’s time. But this was just a warning sign of trouble to come.

Max failed to give timely aid to Abby

When Abby was in distress and begged Max to get help, remember he pondered NOT helping her and then delayed. It may not seem like a big deal since Abby was okay, but Wisconsin law counts that as a Class C felony. If Max had thought he could get away with it, he might never have called 911.

Max killed Abby’s baby

This is the big one. Max committed at least two crimes – maybe more. Genoa City law would count one crime of assault against Abby’s baby and another against Abby herself. Causing the death of an unborn child is a Class D felony in Wisconsin and he might be charged with attempted murder of Abby.

Max set the server room fire

Not only was setting the fire arson but the purpose behind the fire makes it more serious. Because Max intended to destroy evidence of his felonies, that’s obstruction of justice. It was also criminal deviousness at a shocking level for a pre-teen. Will they be able to charge Max with the other crimes or just the arson?

Max may have killed his own mother…

We don’t know this for sure – but Max was in the car with his mom when she lost control of the vehicle and crashed. There’s no way to know if he caused the accident but given his outrageous antics, maybe he was punishing his mother for not letting him come to visit his dad. Seems like he could have done it.
