Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, August 4, tease that Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will lean on Eric (Greg Vaughan) for support. As soon as he heard about the hit-and-run, Eric rushed over to offer some comfort. He considers Jennifer a good friend and doesn’t want her to feel alone at a time like this.
Jennifer will be a mess over Abigail’s (Marci Miller) injuries, but Eric will suggest that everything’s going to be OK. Thankfully, Eric is right about that. Days spoilers state that Abigail’s condition will continue to improve. Now that she’s waking up, Chad (Billy Flynn) has a few things to get off his chest.
DOOL fans know that Chad had some harsh words for Abby when he thought she was leaving with Dario (Jordi Vilasuso). He just couldn’t understand why Abigail would abandon the people who love her. Andre (Thaao Penghlis) explained that Abby was just protecting Chad, so it’s time for an apology.
Chad will make sure Abigail understands how sorry he is for the way he treated her. He’ll apologize for being so cruel, but he just didn’t have all the facts. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad will also take this opportunity to profess his love. Unfortunately, Gabi (Camila Banus) will overhear this declaration nearby. Chad’s heartfelt speech will leave her absolutely devastated.
Meanwhile, we’ll see more drama for Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). Tripp (Lucas Adams) just showed up at the hospital and found Kayla napping alone. He grabbed a pillow, but Kayla will wake up before Tripp can suffocate her.
After Kayla jumps to her feet, Days spoilers say Tripp will threaten her with a scalpel. He’ll grab it and insist that Kayla needs to admit what she did. Tripp will urge Kayla to confess to Ava’s (Tamara Braun) murder, but Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Joey (James Lastovic) will eventually save the day. Once Tripp knows the truth, this family will have a lot to sort out.
Elsewhere, Brady (Eric Martsolf) will struggle to control his jealousy and anger. When Nicole (Arianne Zucker) lies about her visit to Eric’s room, Brady will have to figure out a plan to deal with all this. Sadly, his strategy will lead to another difficult blow.
