Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that trouble is brewing for Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail (Marci Miller). After Abby abruptly breaks things off with Chad, she’ll believe he can finally be with Gabi (Camila Banus). As painful as this decision is, Abigail wants Chad to be with the woman he really wants.
However, it looks like Abigail is backing off for nothing. Chad has deep feelings for Gabi, but he loves his wife as well. Likewise, Gabi is starting to connect with someone else. She’s intrigued by Eli (Lamon Archey) and their bond will soon grow much stronger.
In other words, Gabi has options now. She’ll always care about Chad, but neither one of them may want to pursue this relationship. They know it would be painful for Abigail to watch them move on together. Still, Abigail just won’t be convinced that Chad can ever love her like he used to.
Meanwhile, Gabi seems to be headed into a new triangle or maybe even a quadrangle. JJ (Casey Moss) and Lani (Sal Stowers) are a couple at the moment, but that probably won’t last long. Lani and Eli obviously have the potential for a hate-becomes-love story. They got off on the wrong foot, but there’s some chemistry there.
It’s possible that Gabi and Lani will compete for Eli’s attention. Gabi could end up back with JJ if she’s the loser in this battle. If not, perhaps she should take a romantic break. It wouldn’t hurt Gabi to focus on finding herself and figuring out what she wants.
For now, Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Eli will be quite interested in Gabi. Of course, there’s someone who will definitely disapprove of this pairing. DOOL fans will recall that Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) had a special connection with Nick (Blake Berris). Since Gabi murdered him, Julie is going to hold a grudge forever.
Days spoilers say Julie will realize Eli is getting way too close to Gabi. She’ll immediately step in and urge him to steer clear of the killer. Eli will undoubtedly push back, but Julie won’t be deterred. Next week, Days of Our Lives viewers can expect an explosive confrontation during Eli and Gabi’s date.
Gabi and Julie’s faceoff should be intense. In fact, one of these women will have to be hospitalized! Eli will do whatever he can to promote peace, but that should be tough when emotions are running high. We’ll give you updates as other Days news comes in.
