Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Steve (Stephen Nichols) will strike when the time is right. He’ll make a stunning move that catches Kate (Lauren Koslow) off guard on Friday’s new Days episode, December 15. Steve hasn’t revealed what he plans to set in motion, but you can bet it’ll lead to big trouble. He’ll hope he can trick Kate into making a confession.
Steve doesn’t want to spill the beans himself since Kate has some serious leverage. She could hurt both Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Tripp (Lucas Adams) if she exposes their secret. However, they could all be in the clear if Kate incriminates herself. As long as Steve keeps this trap under wraps, Kate could be the inadvertent snitch.
It looks like Kate’s worst fear may come true next week. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Chad (Billy Flynn) will plot against Kate, so he may learn or at least suspect the truth thanks to Steve. Once Chad hears about Kate’s actions, he’ll vow to make her pay. There are plenty of ways for Kate to fall.
For starters, Chad might try to shove Kate out of DiMera’s CEO spot. He could hold a press conference about Kate’s guilt if he’s feeling particularly vindictive. Of course, Days already took a similar route with Andre (Thaao Penghlis) a while back. Maybe DOOL will cook up something a bit different for Kate’s ruin.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say the police will get updates eventually. Perhaps Chad will turn Kate in after he makes her sweat a little. Kate should land in hot water for several reasons. She worked with Theo to set up this crime. If Kate hadn’t reached out to Theo, he never would’ve broken into the warehouse.
Kate tried to stop Theo in the end, but he was already sneaking around and running after the cops’ guns. Now Theo’s in a coma and JJ’s (Casey Moss) on the verge of committing suicide! To make matters worse, Kate destroyed evidence and repeatedly lied to law enforcement. Things won’t go well for her once this bombshell goes public.
